Hello and welcome to my first video game recipe post since November. I’ve been able to set up shop (as it were) in my mother in law’s kitchen, and I’m going to continue making content here. Unfortunately the space isn’t as big, so I don’t have a lot of room to work with, and most of my cooking stuff is still in boxes while we try to find a new place to live. But I hope that I’m able to produce good videos despite the minor setbacks!
So let’s jump right in! In Fallout’s multiple games, you can use BlamCo’s Mac and Cheese as a survival ration that also manipulates your stats in different, and sometimes not so pleasant, ways. The cookbook claims this specific version adds +1 to your agility with no negative affects.
And even if you aren’t a gamer and have never seen a gaming console in your life, this version of mac and cheese is still worth a try! The result is a creamy, savory flavor that tastes nothing like what we commonly associate with what comes out of a blue box. It’s more serious, more of a meal. And absolutely worth the time and effort of making it from scratch.

As always, I did make some adjustments to my own version. I couldn’t find fontina cheese, so I substituted mozzarella instead. If you’d like to see the video where I made this dish, here is the link:
And if you’d like to get a copy of the Fallout Official Vault Dweller’s Cookbook by Victoria Rosenthal, I’ll leave a link to get one from Amazon here. But you can also find it at Barnes and Noble, and probably any used book seller.
